"The owner was out of town & it was a mess without him. The tech couldn’t do a deep french tip (I explained and asked her to try and it actually came out okay), not even the 2-dot heart method. Literally just a small heart. She claimed they had no stickers or anything and my nails were super thick. Not the worst but the male owner is like the only one who can decently do nails. Really cheap prices though, you get what you pay for.. I guess."

"Very rude service, demanded a tip after they burned my feet over and over again after I told them the water was way to hot, belittled me because I didn't want gel. Lied to my brother about their pedicure package."

"It was my birthday and this place did a horrible job on my nails. I used to have natural long nails but the gel they put on my nail have destroyed them. I'm looking crazy. Don't go there and a person walked out while I was there that was a sign."

"So I’m not going there any more… Not only did he get the length wrong after being told no shorter. He made them way to thick. My color was incorrectly applied. Then when I asked him to fix them, he promptly walked away from me. After finally getting a different nail tech to fix them, the “fixed” set is just as bad. This was my celebration set so it meant a lot to me, and the nail tech completely ruined them. I didn’t even let them finish them, they were supposed to be more elaborate than this. I had been to this place multiple times, been very kind and respectful, and when I express my unhappiness at the set that was done on me I get a nail tech that dismisses me and turns their back on me to work on another customer. This was an overall terrible experience."
