"I was looking for ingredients for popcorn chicken and the sweet chilli sauce. I didn’t know where to go but one of the staff members was very helpful and guided me throughout my list. They had everything that I was looking for"
"Pros: The store is well stocked. The meat is fresh, really good quality and fairly priced. The owners are very nice people! I forgot my card and they let me take the groceries home without paying and asked me to make a payment afterwards. Cons: (only meant as constructive criticism for improving future service!) I've recently had terrible experience with how the meat was cut. The pieces badly butchered, quite literally. I got two 1lb packs of goat chops. Both packets contained a combined 4 pieces of what actually looked like chops. Most of the rest didn't even look like chops, so badly was it cut. There were also a few randomly cut ball and socket joints in there as well. I am not a mutton expert, and I might be wrong on this particular point, but I feel that ball and socket joints, even if they are cut well, should not be present in a packet of goat chops. I also got two pre-cut packets of whole chicken. The chicken wasn't cut very nicely either. I definitely don't feel like getting meat from here again until the cutting is improved. Again, the meat quality in terms of freshness was superb. Just the cutting was horrible. I hope it improves!"
"Fresh beef and spices, and fresh flat breads. The family who owns it is very friendly and knowledgeable. The beef and lamb and chickens all fresh and lean choices. Quality of the butcher is Prime Grade. I shop here every week. And will continue. Best middle eastern foods I have found yet in the Houston area."
"The lady cashier gave my daughter this candy a few days ago, I accepted it out of courtesy, latter saw its been expired two months ago...why would you give a 3 years old an expired food...thanks Allah I didn't give it to her nor ate myself. I don't understand when they would learn to be professional and efficient with expired items...perhaps waiting on a law suit... UNACCEPTABLE!!! really awful...so please be cautious about the expiration date of items you purchase."
"Great customer service. Tried giving this place a second chamce. Be careful, most of frozen food is expired & some with fungus. Seems to be over stocked, owners just trying to make a sale. We definitely informed them right away, and they wanted us to return the items. They fail to understand, it's a drive back again with kids and too much hassle. Had to throw away most of grocery. Update; we gave them another try, and purchased a few items again yesterday. This is 3rd time. The toast is all spoilt. It's funny that the old lady keeps arguing that her stuff is perfectly fine. DONOT DO YOUR GROCERY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FALL SICK!"
