"Nice receptionist, bad customer experience. She was in a rush to finish. Only did the bare minimum of massage. they changed extra to remove previous color on nails. Price is not the problem. Is the rudeness made me pay while I waited for feet to dry. I was not a happy customer but I was still going to pay full price for the half service that I received."

"I had given up on nail shops after so many bad experiences. Yesterday I found this place as I’ve been living in this area for over 4 years now. They’re awesome and there’s no sneak prices. I received 2 pedicures that included spa and massage and 1 overlay powder acrylic. I’m excited to have a nail shop to stay consistent with keeping myself up again. Thank you all for your service and I look forward to your service again."

"I will give 3 stars on this review because of the awful quality I received on my first and last manicure at this salon. I always always always go here for pedicures because they do AMAZING, so I figured their manicures would be just as great. Wrong. The lady was applying so many coats of shellac each time she applied, and my nails would BURN when they would go into UV lamp. She re did my designs numerous times because they weren’t coming out ok. & to top it off, I got charged $12 JUST for the design, and it was awful. She applied so much top coat onto my nails that they chipped while I was about to leave so she had to re do my nails again and she just painted over them no UV lamp."

"They are very sweet. Great work, and honest / understanding customer service. Q did my cousion's nails and my nails. We love them. Don't remember who did our pedicures but they also came out great. Totally recommend."
