"Paid 60$ just for my nails and they came off in 3days. Paid a total 105$ for nothing never coming back. And they all have bad attitudes."

"Horrible horrible horrible service! The prices are cheap but the quality isn’t good. I don't get a pedicure anymore because they always hurt my toes & pull too much skin off. I got a powder & not even a week later (3 days to be exact) my thumb nail lifted. I got it fixed for free & the same day my pointer finger lifted. I will be going back to get it fixed but never again for another service. I believe they use cheap products because they don't last long. They always rush on your nails to get to the next person. They always try to do your nails and toes at the same time knowing they need to do them separate so you can enjoy your experience and relax. They start working on your nails then leave and have somebody else pick up their work. They say it'll be a 10 minute wait which turns into 30+ minutes. They are so rude. My nails come out different sizes and crooked and I have to tell them how to fix them. They don’t push your cuticle back. My nails don't start all the way back to my cuticles so I have to tell them to start the powder at my cuticle with no spaces. Some times they don't have the air running. You have to ask them to start the massage chair because they never do it on their own. Ugh! I can just go on and on. Basaaaaad service. I wish I could rate it negative stars."

"False & lies. Qtee Nails say they are open until 8pm on Sunday. Arrived at 6:35pm they were packing up to walk out the door. When I asked to fix a nail they said they were "closed come back tomorrow". There site says 8pm the door says 7pm & they leave at 6:40pm. Then they were rude & rushing me out the door. Service Refused. False advertising. Smh"

"I'm very picky with my nail tech. In 15 years I've only have 3. When I find a good one I stay. I can see where people may be unsatisfied with this place but because they are going to the wrong tech. Joe is the best one here. Call before and schedule an appt."
