"Very unprofessional. Communication was really bad and they would not listen to what I had to say even when I said they was hurting me. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and manicure. First red flag was when she drilled my cuticles which was very painful. Pain level was 9/10. The next day my toe nail started peeling really bad and now my toe is infected. I would not recommend this place."
"I came in and showed them a picture of the idea I wanted, everything is going fine until the design part starts.. first off the nails are very lumpy, not my favorite thing, already a red flag. Then the design was not even close, I told them I didn’t like them and immediately got defensive. The one at the cashier kept blaming me and saying I shouldn’t bring designs … EXCUSE ME? I don’t work there I don’t know what they can and cannot do. As a tech you should tell me u can’t do it so either I choose a different design or go elsewhere. $60 for what I got is STEALING. Not what I wanted for birthday nails. I can assure you I won’t ever go there again and will let others know this place is a no go and they are rude."
