"I came in just wanting a quick soak off of my gel-x, which is much easier to soak off than acrylic and shouldn’t be any different than a regular gel mani soak off. When it was time to take off the nails the tech I was with took out nail extensions and started to POP my nails off instead of soaking them off. I wish I took pictures but you could see the top layers of my nails just peeling and how completely damaged they are. The manicure after was okay though. But I just felt u comfortable because the tools they used didn’t look clean and the salon itself feels filthy."
