"Hannah was very sweet and cheerful and provided excellent customer service at check out. Also, received very helpful service while choosing our items."
"I spent $32 to print my portfolio in color just to have the first page glitch with the formatting. Apparently their online print services don't handle Word Documents well. I'm disappointed that I spent so much money on something I can't show people without them thinking I'm unprofessional for messing up the table of contents with such inconsistent formatting... Edited to add that after looking my closely after my order, some of the pages are bent on the edge? This is not the kind of quality I want when I spend over $30 to print 38 pages. I understand it may just be another order small order to them that's not worth taking the time to do carefully, but each print orders matters to the customer."
"This place is the worst office depot ever. Nobody is there to help you and the employees are all just standing around talking to each other about their weekend. I showed up on Monday to get 3 simple copies of my bachelor's degree. The copy and prin employee made copies on oversized paper (11x17) and tried to cut them to size. Instead of using a ruler and a pencil to measure where to cut she used my Original Diploma as a Template and cut about 1/16 of lf the top of my Diploma and acted like it was on. This he didn't handle my original with respect an d and only left me an I'm sorry. I can't just go back and get another one! The that girl never should have been back there and no cuts should have ever been made.the Diploma is in 11x14 paper that's a common size they should have it in stock. No cutting!"
"I went into Office Depot with a list so I could exercise some control as I tend to go wild in any kind of stationary store. My aide & I mostly found what we needed by approaching staffers who were restocking an aisle or wandering around the store. When we couldn't find one last item on our list, we finally found a red shirted staffer who directed us to the relevant item. When I need office supplies, Office Depot is always my first stop. I was disappointed with their selection of Xmas cards this year though. I found 4 different boxed designs. I ended up urchasing cards elsewhere."
"Always the best store to go to for all of my office needs from laptops to printers to sharpies. They are always in stock and always in the know. Nickoy and staff are on target with knowledge and kindness. Can’t find that combo at very many places these days."
