"I'm a regular at your store because it's close and convenient. But back in January 2023, I had a scary experience. Some people hanging around outside tried to grab my groceries when I was loading up my car. I felt really unsafe, especially since the parking lot was poorly lit and there wasn't any security around. Luckily, a staff member who collects carts helped me out, though I didn't catch his name. He walked me to my car, loaded my stuff, and made me feel a lot better. A month later, the same group was hanging around again. I was worried, so I called customer service and sent in some photos. The person I talked to was great and promised they'd do something about it. Since then, things have gotten better. I feel safer when I leave the store now. Thanks for making changes to keep your customers safe. I hope it stays that way!"

"Store would not honor the deal they had. I purchased 4 bags of chips and they told me 3 different reasons why they couldn’t honor THEIR SELL. At 1st the chips had to be the same when I showed signs they said the chips had to be the same size although the signs are all over the chips the cashier nor security wanted to honor basically no help. I don’t want to say they are racist but they were helpful and welcoming to everyone but us and just wasn’t trying to do their job. Ended up leaving not purchasing my items"

"You can not really take this place and there Management seriously. They completely take financial advantage of our Hispanic community. If you read the comments They obviously don't care about the customers. There managers are a joke, they are young rude and unexpiranced kids. They have 0 customer service skills and 0 commen since! I have gone there once and told my self never to go back. I've have gone again giving them the benifit of the doubt. El Rancho disappointed me once again! Smh."

"Great store, lot of variety for Mexican cooking and fun adventure looking around this market ! Sadly I didn't find any strawberries but everything looked good and fresh!"
