"I've been going to this HEB for years. I actually drive out of my way and pass 2 Krogers just to go to this HEB location. It's always very clean and I can almost always find what I am looking for. The cashiers here are great as well. So many lanes are open during rush hour and the lanes move very fast. The pharmacy is great too!"
"I’m here hoping someone in upper management will see this review. I have placed over 30 curbside orders with this Heb and I seem to have an issue with 90% of them. If it’s not a missing item then it’s a quality issue. If I’m paying $5 for some berries I expect to last me more than a day. A few orders back it took THREE delivery attempts for me to receive my items. I use curbside for convenience, I gladly pay the markup prices so I can save myself the trouble of taking a toddler into the store. I hope something changes and curbside employees are properly trained."
"I go to this HEB all the time and their prices are fair. I'll give them a 5 star for that. My issue is with the bakery. EVERY time I walk up to the counter the employees just ignore me. Seems like no one is trained in customer service. Finally, I man came out from the back and walked past two other employees who were talking to each other. I asked him if they make any kind of Christmas dessert. I was being very general with my request. His response, "No, we don't. What's out there is what we have." Really? Didn't see a single Christmas decorated item. Pies yes. Cakes of all kinds, yes. No Christmas dessert. Went to La Madeline's by the mall and got what I wanted. Shop here for your every day groceries, but get your custom cakes/desserts elsewhere."

"One of the best locations of HEB in Sugar land. Extremely well stocked and organized. The quality and freshness of the produce is second to none. Their non produce section is as good in every way. I regularly shop at HEB for excellent value and extremely reasonable prices of most things on offer."
