"If I could give this place a zero star I would! The front desk is rude and the total will ALWAYS change. they change the price everytime I come one day it's cheaper than the other. they charge based on how they feel no set prices. They are HORRIBLE at nail shape and design. Waste of money Charged me $10 for length. these are short. all my nails are different lengths!!! short ugly uneven nails"
"It was my first time here. I just wanted something simple for my nails since they’re growing. I got a simple French gel just to go about my week. Ms. Kim was sweet and even asked if I wanted a design which I agreed to and opted for cute little hearts on both index fingers. It came out so cute and natural! My mom would definitely love it here. I’ll bring her sometime!"
"I came here when they first had their grand opening and never came back until this past weekend. I remember why I never came back. Service is good and the place is nice but that’s not enough for the prices and durability. I can’t stand nail places who charge $5 to cut down my nails. I understand shaping them from square to round or whatever the case may be, even for “lenght”, but to charge someone for cutting them down? I’m saving them nail polish!! Let me get this straight, you charge to shape your nails but you also charge to cut them but then you also charge for having them too long? Do I cut them at home before I get there? Don’t tell me it takes a long time for the nail tech to cut my nails down. To top it off, my nail chipped day 3. They will probably last me a few more days before I have to go get them fixed. Just go down the street to nails of America. Even with their first time customer discount was a lot!"
"This place is terrible. I paid for dip color. I usually go to Deluxe Nails and Spa on Morton Ranch (they're fabulous) and my dip usually lasts a month. After getting my nails dipped at this location just a short week later my nails look like I paid for regular polish. They're all chipped and just look terrible. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else if you're getting dip."
"If i could rate this salon zero stars i absolutely would. I stopped visiting this salon due to their unreasonable prices. i once paid $96 dollars for medium length green french tip nails that were hideous, uneven and not even the color i wanted, and that was AFTER my birthday discount so imagine the price before. They make up whatever prices they feel like charging you for. I recently went in to get my nails done because it was the only salon in my area that wasn’t packed and though it was $86, rather expensive for short french tip nails with 2 charms, i was blown away and satisfied with how beautiful they were. I returned today, after a month for a refill and it is absolutely horrendous. I paid $67 for a refill and got my feet done. My total ended up being $100!!??? for a classic pedicure and refill?? $90 was my total today after getting a discount. My refill was $30+, +$25 if i wanted french tip again +$5 if i didn’t want french tip anymore, +$5 for the length (EVEN THO THEY’RE WORKING ON THE SAME NAIL LENGTH I ALREADY PAID FOR BEFORE) and many more unknown added fees that they didn’t tell me about. My once square shaped nails turned out to be coffin after the refill ( i didn’t ask for that) the nail tech Lily had to restart my french tips because she didn’t know how to do it. In the end my nails are blocky, bulky, the french tips are uneven, have bubbles, not even finished painted on the sides and super unprofessional looking. it looks like a beginners work and they’re licensed nail techs. I was on a time crunch so couldn’t deal with being there for the rest of my day after spending 3 hours there just for a refill and pedicure. I hope to be sympathized for and compensated tomorrow when i go back with this complaint because they’re just terrible. The first picture are my nails before and the second is the refill i left with. The worst nails i’ve ever gotten and not at all worth $67+ let alone even $30. Save your time and money and go somewhere where you won’t be scammed and treated with care."
