"Alfredo, the maintenance engineer, was amazing. We are here for a company summit and parked in self parking, which was far. We saw Alfredo working, and in his golf cart, we jokingly asked for a ride, and he was so happy to do it. He asked where we were staying and even drove us as far as he could to the closest door near our room. As we passed by an area, there was a smiling man who said, " I love this," and come to find out, he was the GM. WOW, way to promote customer service. Karina at the Maverick's was also pretty awesome. Overalls, great experience!!"
"This property was nothing short of disappointing. Took my wife, daughter and another family out here for a much needed getaway. The stay was INCREDIBLE!!! Jessica Aston, Thomas Kach and Jeff Monson definitely had a huge impact on our visit and I definitely appreciate everything they did. THANK YOU for the first class hospitality!!! WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!!"
"This place is beautiful, the food was delicious! But the drinks were a bit too heavily poured, the pool was freezing on a hot day and full of leaves and ants. Honestly, most of the activities and food were just so overpriced. Went for a retreat and everyone's bills were messed up after checking out and had to be severely corrected. While walking with my cane was okay, I was very glad to not need my wheelchair given how tough it was to get around outside."
"I haven't stayed in a room yet. We came for New Year's Day brunch buffet. Overall, visit was fun, food was delicious. The honey OMG. Made fresh from their own private beehives. Enjoyable live music and decoration in the ballroom. The drive in is beautiful and helps you slow down and appreciate the scenery as you go. Ballroom staff are top notch. Friendly and attentive. Very excited to make this a new holiday tradition. As well as, come back to Lost Pines to experience more of what they have to offer. Please check their website for more info. There's a lot going on here and it's great for the family friendly fun! Minor qualm was my experience with a lack of communication across teams. Hotel staff over phone assured me pricing was complete. Price increased when we checked in. No mention of payment for parking. Had trouble finding check in when we arrived. We honestly could have walked in and sat at a table and no one would have noticed. But I asked employee for help and they directed me to check in counter. Again, minor issues and I understand these things are to be expected to an extent. But when I ask ahead of time, I thought I would get a clear answer. No big, though. Again, top ratings for this beautiful hotel and spa combo. I will report more soon, after I utilize my Christmas gift certificate to the spa!"
"The rooms are spacious and clean. From the beginning to the end everyone was respectful and kind. Clean and beautiful grounds. The gym has all the necessary equipment. This has been the second time we stay here. Will definitely be back. The spa is another reason why I would come back."
