"I absolutely love living here, it’s quiet and if it’s not “quiet” Jim and Melissa take any complaints seriously and professionally and still try to work with the residents to make the issue known and better. The washrooms are clean and have toasty water , the washing and dryers work most of the time and if (naturally) there is technical issues with the washers/dryer’s they refund with no fuss. Mind you washers and dryers running almost a constant will likely have issues at times so naturally it’s understandable. It’s clean and the residents are respectful of the rules which is appreciated. This is such an upstanding place, peaceful even. The pond is my favorite place to visit and you can even catch and release! It’s fun to walk around and just get a little exercise with our dog and he seems really happy here too (he isn’t a fan of noise) so it’s perfect. Very happy to be here! Highly recommended on my end, been here nearly 4months and will likely be here for many more to come."
"Worst place to stay at. Got kicked out with no heads up. Staff was rude and disrespectful... when I booked the place I was told we had to pay deposite and book for 1 week and lady said she had a monthly lot available within 5days and she would pro rate us but then she sent a man to boot us out before the week was over"
"We stayed here for a couple months. Overall, it was a nice RV park. Some of the older RVs could use some TLC. The other guests were friendly and the staff was very attentive. We stayed in the newer phase. The sites are spacious but the lack of trees and being up on the hill make for some hot and windy days. The facilities are nice. Probably once of the best laundry buildings we’ve seen at an RV park. Showers and bathhouses also very spacious and clean if you need those. The pool also is well-maintained. Plus the park is right next to a dinosaur amusement park. You could literally see a brontosaurus from our site! Great value for the area!"
"Spent some time here over the summer to evaluate this park for an upcoming magazine add. This park (compared to others) I've stayed in is incredible. The main thing that makes this park so enjoyable is the staff. I had the the chance to talk to some of the people camping and, long term people and got there thoughts as well. They all agreed that management was great and ownership should be proud. Now some of the questionable sights and comments from myself and people living and camping here. They complained about all of the usual things, ground maintenance was very subpar, trees were dying, standing water on the lots, puddles of water after it rained, the standing water was full of mosquitoes in the trenches that drain into a well stocked pond that's filthy, people speeding through the park, loud music being played at all of the hours of the night and day, bags and bags of trash left in there yard. Can only imagine what it looks like inside. People were afraid to say anything to management do to being afraid of being evicted. These comments are coming from tenants. Not good in this writers opinion. Rent is comparable to other parks in the area but rent has gone up almost $150 in just over a year and a half during Covid and the unstable recession and seems it will continue into the new year. The only thing new seems to be on the owners property. I've seen a lot of owner remarks saying they were going to this and that and this is in the works but from the comments I received nothing has been added in years other than the new parking area. Once again, if you read this post it's only one persons opinion. This park is a strong 8 and If you don't believe it come look for yourself. It's fine to make money but you need to do upgrades to make people want to come visit more often. Lastly, rules, maintenance, ground maintenance and upgrades would make this park an11 for sure. The owner needs to take more of an interest in the people that are being allowed to stay here. Because there is a lot of trashy people here that don't follow rules and believe they are above obeying the rules and do whatever it is they want to do."
