"Horrible job. I went to take off the acrylic nails I had and I got a new set of the pearl tip. First of all, the guy cut me in 2 parts of my fingers when trying to take off the nails, then, he cut them too short when I told him that I wanted them longer, and then he doesn’t know how to apply the acrylic, I had very thick nails at the end and on the sides, he didn’t file them right. It costed me $55, not happy at all. I will never go back to this place again."

"Worst nails I have gotten in my life! Air dry nail polish ??? They are completely messed up. That place is not completely clean either. They were dead when I got there and the place was disgusting. My nails aren’t even dry all the way and they are rubbing off. Walk away from this place."

"I wish I had read the reviews on this place before my cousin & I had our pedicures done. None of the instruments came out of sterile packaging, clippers, files, etc. nor were they cleaned after being used on us. Simply thrown back into the work carts. The older lady working on my cousin actually stopped her massage chair & yelled at my cousin to leave the controls alone when my cousin dared to try moving the chair closer so her legs were not extended out straight. Both of the ladies working on us were rude when we declined upgrading our service & just rushed through getting us done. This is exactly why people should avoid mall nail establishments. Unclean environment, rude staff & horrible experience."

"I live out of town and went in this place for the convenience. Technician was nice, however I did not feel confident that the tools were properly cleaned. They charged $28 for a basic pedicure, and I had brought my own polish. You decide on the value, but it seemed high to me. Also, the color is wrong because the top coat was either tinted or tainted with someone else's darker polish."

"This place is HORRIBLE....the older woman there takes WAY too long. Does a horrible job, and blames it on the previous person who does my nails. Nails were uneven and she insisted it was because one of my hands was longer than the other? lol..ummm no. they were clearly all uneven. She wanted to charge me $75 for a fill with shellac....clearly she was out of her mind....as I get my nails done regularly, I KNOW it does not cost that much for that service. She was very rude and disrespectful, I had her stop in the middle of her process and just paid $20 and left. And she said she doesn't care bc she has other customers that will pay that much. I asked where they were bc in the HOUR AND A HALF I was there trying to get a fill, not one customer walked in. DO NOT waste your time or your money there. This place needs to be shut down! I ended up going across the street from Rolling Oaks to Angel Nails to get them fixed and they were great and much more professional!!! They even asked who did my nails bc they were so horrible!"
