The women I just spoke to when I called to get clarification on biopsy results was incredibly rude and short. I had a great experience at the Breckenridge location a year or so ago but this location has fallen short of the bar set by that past visit."

"I just had to leave a positive review as I saw there were some negative ones regarding not being able to get through to anyone or the front desk being rude. I have to say my experience was the complete opposite. Every person answering the phone and also the guy who called to confirm my appointment were so wonderful and helpful, sensitive to my many questions about my daughters condition. They got me in within 3 days of calling- that is unheard of for a dermatologist’s office. We saw Dr Wilcox and she was amazing! She quickly diagnosed my daughter’s condition on her foot and brought in a second doctor to confirm. Not only that, but she was able to do an in office procedure right then and did not charge me any extra for this than what I already paid as I told her we hadn’t met our insurance deductible yet. Thank you for a making a stressful experience for my daughter & I extremely smooth and setting our minds at ease. I highly recommend this dermatologist’s office."
