"I usually check in online & today I walked in with my two boys since we were near it. The lady at the desk asked if I signed in online. Didn’t even greet me. I told her I didn’t & she responded with “Ofcourse YOU DIDN’T!” I said excuse me & she said what’s your number. When she signed me in she said ok. It will be a minute. I asked how long it would be & she rolled her eyes at me & sighed at me. REALLY! where’s your customer service. First time I’ve experienced this here. They are usually great. I went to Sports Clips & they were more busy than here. I was treated great with a hello and smile. She asked if I signed in & I sad no. It was my first time here. She said no problem let me show you how. I won’t go back to Great Clip because, this lady at Great clips needs to be trained in customer service or take some stress management classes. I felt totally disrespected & treated as if I didn’t matter. Get better with hiring people. Lost a customer today."

"I used to have fairly positive experiences at this location, recently though it seems they have hired stylists that are brand new to cutting hair. My most recent visit I had a stylist seemingly second guess her decisions and kept asking another how to cut my hair. I understand being new and still learning your craft, but unless someone is shadowing these stylists I would not trust them to cut my hair again. Also, my haircut turned out meh, wasn't what I asked for. Will most likely go somewhere else to have it trimmed to what I wanted."

"They did my hair in the worst way and the opposite way that I wanted. I wanted my hair to be the same length in the front and inside would be short so my here doesn't get tangled and not past the ears and not only did they cut past the ears but they also cut in the front for the whole world to see. Isabelle did terribly (I'm male btw)"
