"Called and whoever answered (said they were there 30 years, so leadership or owner) was not a grateful or courteous operator. Must have a lot of business but my experience matches quite a number of these Google ratings. Guess what person answering the phone? Your opinion of yourself, will never outweigh the customers’, as blind and assured as it may be. Terrible communicator, sounded irritated when picking up the phone. Itcontinued when I kindly asked if we could get an appointment for two. After she clarified it was a Groupon and that they only have 1 person who processes Groupons, and only can do one at a time, I said no problem, when can we get an appointment? Got more of the same attitude. Told her I was done, per her lack of customer service manner. She then defends her self-righteous from the get-go attitude. It’s called ungrateful entitlement, and her concern or willingness to assist were a total catastrophe — and it gets the review it deserves. I am a customer service trainer and consultant for many years. This is not a way to treat people and this is a leader or owner…. No thank you, not worth my precious time, money, a discount, or for free….rather pay double for a kind and grateful operator who puts “you” at the center of importance. Go ahead and read the other reviews from callers and the snarky responses. Note to Nails Inc: If you fake reply that I was rude, unreasonable, it was just a misunderstanding, or write a trademark, snarky interlaced, shoot back, concealed insult apology, I will, in a proper legal manner, produce public proof of your behavior, so don’t think anything short of a real apology, I will do better next time, or your silence will suffice. Go ahead and try me on this if you think I am joking."

"I found Dawn via Groupon. I needed help with very damaged nails from a set of Dip from another salon. Dawn has got my nails back in tip top shape. Understand, she is very thorough so she will ask questions when you call so she can give you the best service for you. She is not a salon where they move you in/out as fast as possible. She is a professional. My nails are natural & I do gel polish + pedicures. They are beautiful, she listens to what I want and her work is spot on. Book your appointment today."

"I cannot say that the bad reviews were true! It was NOT difficult to make an appointment. She was very nice and does not answer calls while having a customer out of courtesy but calls back as soon as she gets done. She did do a great job with my manicure and pedicure. She was NOT rushed. Only comment: her manicure equipment could use some dusting and cleaning but pedicure equipment was very clean."
