"I was so livid after my last visit. I expected to go to my injector Alicia and instead I was switched to a different injector without notice. It was so sneaky and beyond unprofessional. I always ask for Alicia. Glad I won't be going there anymore. The medspa mixed with an eye clinic is so atrocious. I would always hear a bunch of noise and it's not private like how it used to be. The front desk girl Alex with straight brown hair was really kind and understanding when I explained my situation. Thankfully I just found Alicia and Thalia elsewhere. Clearly staff is not appreciated there at all. Just my two cents....."
