"I bought a coffee kcup about a month ago and broke 2days ago went to see if I could exchange it for another one. I was asked for a receipt but being that it was working at first I did not hold on to recript. I don't think that an exchange should not have been denied due to i not knowing if was going to break down on me. I am 42 dollars including taxes. Its a shame that HEB does not honor customers purchases. Just so u know I have been shopping at HEB since the the 70s."
