"Drove all the way over here on my work break (only 15 min). It’s 10am, the “open” sign is on however the door is locked and nobody is answering the phone. How do you have business hours posted not available to service customers during the hours that YOU set? I’ll take my business elsewhere"

"Very rude and disrespectful lady that I spoke to on the phone that works at this store. I called today October 25, 2023 to enquire about a product which the lady let me know that they were out , but they should be restocking on Friday. I then proceeded to ask how much the product is and she told me that they sell the product for $21, but will be increasing the price. I politely asked why the price increase considering the fact that the product is way cheaper online and she replied with “thank you my dear , have a good day” and hung up the phone. What kind of customer service is this? Wow. I would NOT be surprised if the lady that I spoke on the phone with is abusive and mistreats people because the manner in which she spoke to a potential customer was truly disgusting. Won’t be shopping here and spending my hard earned money and I suggest you all do the same. They don’t value their customers and are impolite."
