"I am putting one star only because it doesn’t give me the option to put zero. I went in to get a manicure and toenail polish change because I didn’t have time for a full pedicure. After the nail tech was done the polish was all over my skin (both toes and fingers). I asked if he was going to clean it up and he said “your nail beds are too short.” I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and there have never been issues with my short nail beds. Either way, that doesn’t give anyone the right to polish my skin and leave my nails looking like a toddler polished them. Thankfully another tech took over and was able to fix the mess. However, it took an additional 45 minutes and I had to cancel plans with my husband for dinner. I also paid full price (which I don’t mind) but for the inconvenience and additional time it took that ultimately ruined my plans due to THEIR mess up - I am frankly surprised they handled it that way. I will not be returning."
