"This was my first visit to Lily's Nails and Spa. I was getting married in 2 days and my regular nails person was not available. This was a complete shock in the dark, last minute emergency gamble. I want to personally thanks the kind ladies that did my wedding nails and toes. I'm so glad that I came in because my wedding nails turned out fantastic!!!! They listened to what I wanted for my big day and went above and beyond my expectations. I believe I have found my new nails salon in the area! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!"

"Really wanted to give them 5 stars because everyone was friendly when I walked in. And I also did like my nails. However the nail tech I got was not professional or sanitary in my opinion. I had Henry as my nail tech and although he seemed nice he cut me up pretty bad on multiple fingers. The whole time he just kept rushing like he was trying to hurry up and get me out of the way the fastest he could. I just assumed he had sanitized utensils but then when another tech sat next to us to service another client I noticed she did everything he didn’t. She peeled open new supplies, and put on gloves and she was working efficiently but not in the obviously rushed and harsh way he was. Now I have two infected and throbbing fingers from getting cut despite washing the wounds. I wish I refused to pay for the service. Instead I paid a lowest tip and left in pain and angry."

"I’ve been looking for a reliable nail shop for the longest and I’ve finally found one! I had the pleasure of having Lilly and song do my nails on different occasions. Each time I’ve been pleased to say the least. Lilly is very empathetic has great customer service and she exceeds on whatever style nail you ask her to do! 100% recommend"

"Henry and Tracy are 2 of the nicest people. They took care of me. I think I actually took a nap. Great place. Very clean and professional. Ok so I went back today a had Rachel....she is my new nail tech. My nails look nice."

"Ive been here several times, but today is the last. They've made mistakes in the past and were sloppy, but I kept coming back. Came in for a pedicure and had several areas of dead skin left that they didn't get. They claimed they did the best they could, but I know that is not true because I've came here before and the guy was able to get all of the dead skin off my heels and toes. They were being lazy and didn't feel it was their job to complete the pedicure in its entirety. I had to tell them twice to make my toes square, yet she kept rounding them ends of my nails. Taking my hard earned money elsewhere."
