"Yes! Stop thinking about it. Just come! Linda is the best. She did my nails for my wedding!"
"I used to come here all the time, I would recommend adults come here but kids no. I paid 30 dollars plus tip for gel for my 6 year old daughter's nails this morning it is currently 6:45 pm and they look like this. I wanted to just have her nails and toes painted for her birthday she is 6."
"Leanne does a good job with pedicures but the employee at the receptionist desk (short, with white hair) has zero customer service skills. She is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I called on 3/29/2023 to make an appointment for me & my husband. I called back a few mins. later to change my husband’s appt. This lady got upset as I explained what day & time I needed. I understand there may be a language barrier, so I stayed calm. She was shouting, saying she had “too many phone calls,” and I was “taking up too much time” then she hung up the phone. Later on, I stopped by the salon to ensure we had the correct appointment and to express my concern regarding her attitude. She again raised her voice, saying she had lots of calls, and I “should have decided what I wanted before I called.” I calmly responded that I would have gladly called back at a less busier time, if she had asked me to. I am 60 yrs. old but she seemed focused on “reprimanding” me, as if I am a child. She kept repeating, “just don’t come, go, don’t come here, I don’t care, I don’t care.” She started speaking in her apparent native language and walked away. I kept my composure despite the embarrassment of her shouting in front of customers & employees. I was baffled, and left wondering why she was so angry & disrespectful. (It occurred to me that whenever I call to book, she always asks if I want someone other than Leanne to do my pedicure… internal issues perhaps?) I can’t believe this is the first time she has displayed this type of anger and uncontrolled emotion. Regardless, my family will no longer give our business to a place who treats loyal customers in this manner."
