"i asked for a soak off and a new acrylic toe set and instead she ripped them off leaving me no natural nails left .. bleeding .. and they still charged me $100, no refund !! for the nails to come off the same night due to me having no nail now .. i don’t recommend this place"

"I've had 2 visits. The 1st was great. My tech was Kim and she had my hands looking and feeling great. My 2nd visit wasn't great. No name of the gentleman that performed my service but I was not happy with being over charged for what he called a repair. 2 nails had grown out. The overlay was applied to the nails. No tip was applied or needed since my real nails had the length necessary. He said because the powder was applied to a full nail(I wear them short). I paid but didn't tip. I am not happy with this manipulation. I was charged just short of a full set. Not happy"

"I got gel for the first time. They looked cute, but the process was not so good. The person was consistently plucking skin from under my nail (red flag: there's no need to be plucking skin from under my nail. The skin is supposed to be there. It's protecting my nail.) But, about 2 days later, the polish was chipping on one of my nails (I got it redone). Two weeks later, my nails are growing back and the skin under my nails is growing with my nail (painful) So now I am carefully needing to push the skin back under my nail and run the risk of possibly tearing the skin and causing infection... (painful...) My nails have never looked or felt like this before."

"They saved me from another salons mess up! I was on a deadline for getting my nails done before a vacation and they were able to fit me in with an amazing tech! She was able to take off the messed up set and give me exactly what I wanted. She was so considerate of not hurting the many cuts in my cuticles (from the other salon) as she was putting the new set on."
