"I came to this salon as it’s close to home & this was my first time coming to the salon. Walking in, it’s very cute and I really liked that they had a VIP/Private party room. Thoughts of coming back for a private party entered my head. My waxing was first and no complaints. I spoke with the lady who greeted me and discussed the services I wanted. I pointed specifically to a nail shape they had showcased and said coffin shape to confirm. She said she understood. Once seated with the nail tech, I showed her the same style and said coffin shape. She understood as well and we even talked about coffin vs stiletto. During the acrylic set, when Megan, my nail tech was deep into completing my full set, the greeter lady comes over to explain it’s going to be an extra $5 for coffin shape. The cost was not the issue, the principle was. I said why didn’t you say this initially, during the consult, and she kept explaining the shape difference, which was not the issue. The nail tech herself said the shape I pointed to was coffin shape when greeter lady then tried to explain the shape I pointed to was square. There was a quick argument between the two of them. I said fine as greeter lady would not quit repeating herself as if I didn’t tell her I understood the first time and I expressed how I will never come back. I was ready for the experience to be over. Paid, tipped according to service, and left. Once home, I looked at my nails and noticed a huge lump of acrylic under one of my nails and misshaped nails on both hands. Once my events for the week are over, I’ll be cutting these nails off. Money down the drain."

"When you arrive you have to have a mask, they take your temp and have you wash your hands. The staff all wore masks and there are plastic barriers between you and your technician. The place was clean! My nails turned out amazing, she took her time, and they’re just what I wanted."
