"I like the movie theater every time I have gone I had a good experience staff, food and everything else was good. They have added a change to galaxy that I do not like the theater only accepts credit card not cash. I know this was implemented for people safety and also store and establishments were doing that at one point but they eventually went back to accepting cash. I think Santikos should do the same. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have went in all happy and hyped to watch a movie buy my popcorn but wait the employee tells me sorry sir we don’t accept cash. This change is hurting Santikos business because a majority of movie watchers are young people and not all of them have access to a card and can only pay with cash. I understand that I should bring my card but what if I don’t have money in that card but I do have cash in my wallet. I am just saying I think people should have the options to pay cash or card."

"The theater was nice enough. Went outside to find my car was broken into. I didn’t expect them to do anything about it, but the way the employees acted (and their corporate office responded—which was to say nothing), you can tell this happens here a lot. There are no other buildings open in the area at night, and they have no lot security or cameras. I’d recommend you find one in a better location since they don’t seem to care what happens on the property as long as it’s not in the building."

"This is my favorite theater to take my kids to. It's never dirty, the staff is polite, and even when it's crowded, it's not bad. Occasionally, the auditoriums are a little warm, but it's usually very comfortable. The seats are large, comfortable, and they recline. The fries are also delicious if you want something other than the usual popcorn."

"Renovations look great, they have an arcade area to kill the time. Sometimes me and my wife arrive an hour early to our showing just to play in the arcade for a bit. Tickets are fairly priced and concessions well everyone knows theaters are known for pricey concessions. However if you’re a member (free) you can accumulate points that you can redeem for free concessions so that’s great! Area is clean as well as in the actual theaters, they have good customer service and tasty popcorn"

"Galaxy theater was the place to go in the late 90’s (at least I thought it was) and was easily my favorite theater. It wasn’t that great until a remodel years ago brought back the joy of this location and it is now my favorite once again. Always great people working, the crowds are usually respectful and practice good movie etiquette, and the snacks are delicious!"
