"This is a complete mess. There is no room on their yard to stage the trucks & there's no docks. Trucks are stacked everywhere waiting for delivery. It's FCFS. You walk to the customers entrance, give them your bills & in exchange they tell you to show the paperwork to 1 of the 2 forklift drivers who are busy loading customers work trucks. I've tried this twice 2 diff forklift drivers & they both brushed me off and the 2 men in the office just shrug.Maybe I'm suppose to bribe them with money? Anyway it's unprofessional. I've been trucking for 8 yrs & this is the 1st time I've encountered something like this....I've contacted my company & corporate for a resolution."
