"From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. The salon itself is gorgeous and impeccably clean, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. What really impressed me was how quickly the staff worked, without sacrificing quality. My nails came out absolutely beautiful and were exactly as I requested. "We all get excited when we find THAT nail salon. Good customer service, transparency, communication, and what you asked for is what you get. My nail tech was Jennie (who is amazing). When asked she provided me pricing upfront including everything I wanted. Honesty if she could or couldn't do what I asked for (I can be complicated lol). Also provided other options with other techs to get what I wanted. She checked every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. She takes pride in her work to make sure I'm not walking out with any old thing and, I appreciate that. I loved everything about this experience and I hope to be a regular here."

"Very disappointed with this establishment I wanted to give it a try since the reviews were so good. When I walked in I was greeted but I had called previously to this asked about prices and I was given completely different prices from what the establishment had he stated that they did not just do the acrylic set and nail polish I wanted to get this done for my two daughters but he pretty much told me all I could do was powder or gel and that he would only charge me $5 more dollars from the 35 I ended up getting powder for two of my daughters and a pedicure for myself will somehow he added 45 per powder nail set even though that was not correct it was embarrassing trying to remind him what he had told me at the beginning. Either way you be the judge one of the powder set was on very nasty her nails were not initially measured correctly and he left them cuticles very gross I had to tell him and ask him hey are you going to clean this up and he said yes he's also the singer that did my pedicure and even though I picked a pricey one he rushed through it and did it in very little time so you don't get the full relaxation he was just in a rush to go outside and smoke and sit on the couch he truly disappointed our visit here."
