"I’ve been to this place before and usually they do a good job but today I guess these people weren’t having a good day. They messed my hair up bad. The sides are uneven the length is uneven. I asked them to fix it and told them what I wanted but they got an attitude and started jamming their haircut machines into my head. I told them to stop, and told them I didn’t appreciate the way they were cutting my hair. I offered to pay for half the amount since they tried but then they threatened me with not letting me leave. I got on the phone with the cops and their attitudes immediately changed. I will never go back to this place ever again. I think Mary the Hispanic lady is nice but the other two Asian ladies are rude and don’t even speak English. So unprofessional, and very disrespectful. Such a horrible experience. You would think you would get a better experience for $20. The lady was just trying to cut my hair as fast as possible and didn’t even care to be gentle and skillfully cut my hair. I could’ve just cut my own hair in that case."

"so the lady thats in the back cut my sons hair wrong i asked her before if she knew how to do a comb over she said yes and messed it up so I asked if they could fix it and messed it up even more so I told the owner and she got all defensive and starting yelling at me telling me to get out of her salon all I wanted was for them to fix my sons hair so I had to take him to another place pay again so they could give him a bald fade to let his hair grow out never again have I gone back I do not recommend this place ....."

"This place is our family go to from my father, brothers to my children. We have been coming here for 20 years and they are the only ones we allow to touch our hair.. The owner and employees are very sweet ladies and i just love how they know us and how they make us feel like family. They are very good at what they do and its no wonder they have lasted this long"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went and asked for a mid taper. The woman cut my hair too short which was partly my part as she thought I asked for a plain 0 on the sides. When my mom and I where talking to another lady about what we could do to save my haircut, The owner(a Chinese lady) got defensive and called me a liar. I asked the Hispanic lady if she could help and she did, she was very nice. The owner went to the back room and talked bad about me(in Chinese) The owner is a rude woman and she gave horrible customer service. If you go, only go to the Hispanic lady."
