"Comanche Lookout Park is a a great park, especially for hikers. The trail system is dense, semi undeveloped, and the reward for getting to the top is a fantastic view over the city. That's one of the best places to watch the sunset in Bexar County. Be sure to read the historical plaques on the way up."
"A really nice combination of trails. There are both loose rock and paved trails, and varying difficulties to choose from. The park also has multiple benches and water fountains available throughout. The water fountains have a pet water fountain attached that is very convenient. I didn't get a picture of walking through the trails, but the trees are very large and provide lots of shade!"
"This is a great park/walking trail. I love walking my dog around it. I like how there’s a network of different trails, and how there are un-paved sections. Its always very well kept, and very dog friendly. Dog drinking fountains & dog clean up stations along the way. It’s also fun to bike on."
