"If you value your time or your money, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! The first time I called and inquired about a key fob for my car, the receptionist wrote down my information (type of car and remote needed) and said she’d call me back. I waited almost 2 weeks and never got a call back. I finally called them back and she told me I could come in. I drove in only to be told, when I got there, that they didn’t have the remote that I needed. Why did she tell me to come in when I had already told her which remote I needed?!? She wrote down my information AGAIN, and told me they’d order the remote. A few weeks later she called and said they had the remote. So I drove back in to KeylessCity on December 28th 2023 to get the key cut and the remote programmed for my Kia. After 4 HOURS they cut the key and programmed the remote. I later found out that it took them 4 hours because the first time she cut the key, she did it incorrectly. She ended up telling me to sit there and wait for an hour and a half until another employee came in who could cut the key. The key fob worked for 40 days then stopped working completely. CONVENIENTLY FOR THEM, they only have a 30 day warranty and will not fix the remote they programmed. Having only a 30 day warranty for a key fob is BEYOND SKETCHY and says in itself that they are not confident in the longevity of their work. This place is cheap because their work is cheap and I REGRET EVER PURCHASING FROM HERE. I will not make the same mistake again and will tell everyone I know not to waste their money or time here!"

"This company is the epitome of gross incompetence. I place an order in December 23 and by February 24 I still don’t have a key. They quote a cheaper price but it’s not worth the headache. I should’ve just went to dealer. The name fits (Keyless City) because they don’t have any keys."
