"I went to the club 2 times on a 1-day membership with my 2 kids, with the intention to have them play at the waterslides, since the club is advertising indoor slides. The first time we went it was a holiday Monday, the club said they only have the slides active on the Weekends. The second time we went on Saturday - the club did not turn on the slides, because they said they did not have enough staff to operate them. There were many families waiting for the slides at the pool. At the front desk before I paid, they said the slide will be working from 1PM to 6PM that day - they could have told me that there will be no slides before I spent my $54. At the pool there were 3 lifeguards + 1 who was folding towels (for indoor 2 pools). Eventually I wanted to get to the outside area to get some sun, because the indoor was boring and stuffy - the staff told me people under 18 are not allowed outside until May when they start the use the outside slides... Bottomline - I could have gone to any other gym for half price and had the same experience..."

"I was pretty set on wanting to join. Took the first logical step and scheduled a tour for 3pm. I showed up promptly about 2:55, was told Dillon was still on a tour but would be done shortly. At 3:20, he was STILL on a tour… I finally left at 3:30. What’s the point in making an appointment (that Life Time confirmed multiple times)? That type of customer service up front doesn’t bode well for what I can expect after they get my money."

"Whenever I go to play pickle ball, their staff members are playing, and I just wait wait.. they continuously play for like 3 hours non stop. It’s so frustrating. I am planning to send email complaints to life time headquarter because this location managers have no controls. In fact managers just like to stay in room hide and let the junior staff handle. On top they increases the membership without any notice, and when I ask questions, they threaten to call cops to the members. It’s so shameful. I sometimes wonder how they become diamond gym, they poor old machines, cockroaches in bathrooms. I WISH SOMEONE FROM HEADQUARTER LOCATION WILL AUDIT THEM AND SEE THIER FRONT STAFF RUDE BEHAVIOR AND THESE STAFF PLAYING PICKLEBALL AND INCREASING FEES issues. They will soon!!"

"You get what you pay for at Lifetime. Pickleball courts have been recently added. More classes are routinely added. If you take advantage of all the classes and amenities offered in your membership not only will you see results with yourself, but you will also realize it is money well spent on your health and well-being. I've traveled to their other gyms and the quality of the people, facilities and service do not waiver. More workstations/seating are being added for members who work and play at the gym. **New seating area added for those who work from home or need more space.**"

"They raise their membership yearly. They give less than a 30 day notice with the price increase. They “thank you” for being a loyal member by increasing their pricing. The gym no longer 24 hours even though they keep increasing the pricing of the gym. The workers are not helpful when asking question and they love to give the run around. This gym became diamond level but in reality it isn’t compare to other lifetime diamond gyms. The weights are never rerack and are all over the ground."
