"Very rude staff. I went in for a spa pedicure and manicure. How is the nail technician supposed to work on your nails if she has very long nails?? During my manicure I asked if she could add super glue to a broken nail and she stated it would be $5 extra. I also asked for almond shape and she gave me stiletto. Bad service overall and the polish didn’t even last a week."

"so $40 for a supposed “Spa Pedicure” all they do is put on the homemade sugar scrub in Tupperwares then wash is right off and put on the mask and wash it right off, no massage or letting it set in, just alternating legs washing and getting the shellac on and getting you out the chair. Where the “Spa” part to be charging $40 then asking for tip? The natural acrylic nails? Isn’t that suppose to be a pink tone acrylic powder or nude tone to match the natural tone, no they just put white/transparent acrylic powder and a top coat. They look like teeth and all lifted and air bubbles, and dust within the top coat and bad application. Her phone movie must have been so entertaining; but still ask for tips. Save yourself money and time go somewhere else. Aqui no vale la pena."

"I've honestly gone a couple of times and I've had issues every single time. Not only are they unprofessional but they talk bad about customers once they leave the store and sometimes even when they're there. I went a couple of days ago to get my nails done and I went about an hour and 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and they basically sent me off saying they close at 8. They had like three girls just sitting there not doing anything so it could've easily been done but it's like they didn't want to do anything the last hour and 15. Y'all could find better business anywhere else, don't go here."

"I saw some bad reviews but still I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt….2 hours later and they still haven’t finished my feet…I have mostly been sitting around waiting. The staff is horrible and rude, all of them on their phones not getting any work done on their clients. Very badly organized, you get nails done with one person then sit and wait for about 45 minutes to get feet done with someone else. It is also very expensive for the unprofessional work that is fine. Oh!! And the equipment used is old and rusted and dirty !!! I was afraid when I saw that and my sister that was also there walked out after seeing the rusted nail clippers ! Never again"

"It's beautiful, comfortable and a great place to get unique nails. Of course, it's a lot of walk-ins, so first come, first serve. I came in on a busy Saturday and someone immediately took me in. I've come here multiple times for special occasions and I haven't had a bad experience. I love them because they have stuff others don't, they have color changing nails, chrome, and matte colors! There are ladies who know English and Spanish, you just have to ask. It's so very clean."
