"Leiann on Nov. 26th did not let me use my birthday $10 coupon because she said it had to be a minimum of $40 although it doesn’t state that in the app. I left the item & called Ulta customer service & they confirmed there was no minimum so I went back inside & the manger (receipt says Kathya) checked me out with my coupon & item no problem. Not sure why Leiann lied but one would expect employees to be knowledgeable about their policies/coupons, etc & honor them. Glad I double checked. Aside from this, never had any other issues with this location, love coming here. Rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. TY"
"I had an appointment to get my hair colored with Elisa Vasquez and let me tell you, she did an absolutely fantastic job! I couldn't be happier with the results. She truly is the best at what she does. I highly recommend her if you're looking to get your hair colored!"
"There was not very much sponges to try out foundation or tissues to take off makeup. i have seen better stocked at sephora, was surprised since they have more selection than sephora. We went the whole store and no help was offered. Maybe next time they are better prepared."
