"Gave the school the benefit of the doubt but boy I was wrong.. I came in for a balayage and cut. My bleached hair has no color as if the color was not left on long enough. I showed a picture of a dark balayage and I was left with bleach hair like HOW could they not see the difference!? As for the hair cut, i have no words but to say I’m soooo upset. I made an appointment with an actual salon. I will be calling to demand my money back!! Well that’s what I get for not going to an actual salon and given the student the benefit of the doubt.."
