"Walked in and everyone just gave me and my friend stank looks and rudely asked us what we needed. No customer service at all. Rude staff. Don’t waste your money here, not worth it at all. This lady Edna did not want to take care of a client bc she went on “lunch” came back with alcohol. Don’t think there’s a liquor license here, very unprofessional to be walking through the store with customers with alcohol. What customer service huh ? Lmao and that’s the owner doing my friends nails. Allowing her employee to do that."

"Worst nails salon and customer service. Did a pedicure immediately got seated with someone for my nails, I had to soak of my old nails so she left to do a pedicure because she didn’t want to wait. I waited 1 hour took my own nails off with a file that was left because no one ever came to drill or finish taking my nails off owner still said she was charging me an extra $5 for taking my own nails off because I used $1.25 worth of her acetone to take off 4 nails. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money here"

"I went to get my nails done, I asked for the design on the picture… He only put gold foil and did a THICK line of gold glitter (nothing like the picture) and left it like that. I told him if he could add the white and he said “I thought it was a shadow” and looked at me like if he expected me to just say “oh it’s okay”. When I clarified it was white he looked annoyed that he had to add a white line. while doing the line, he kept making it super thick and crooked. I had to tell him if he could re-do it and STILL THICK and uneven. I got frustrated and just wanted to get out. This is how my nails ended up, I was so frustrated and annoyed. I wanted to cry because even the shape of that nail was ugly. Would not recommend for nails."

"I usually come here for my eyebrows but I decided to do nails for my girls, polish and for me, shellac. They came out nice. I liked the fact that they tried to not make me wait a long time and did my girls nails as other nail salons wouldn't."
