"The person who was doing my nails was like in a rush, I still have black schelack around my nails. And I showed her the design I wanted. And they said they could do it but at the end they told me that they couldn't do it after I asked 3 people there if they could do it"
"My nail tech Tom was so nice and took his time with my nails. Although there are a few imperfections, I was generally satisfied with the service. The reason for the 1 star review is the awful environment. There is no greeting, just “wash your hands and sit down”. One employee in particular whose name I didn’t get, would constantly go over to speak a foreign language to the nail techs then laugh. He would then speak English and make fun of people on the phone. Ex: a man going in for a wax was called hairy and laughed at. A customer was also getting a gift card and there was a convo between him and another employee about how he was supposed to sign and date it to confirm. He then replied “hopefully they forgot about it and don’t come back. It’s already paid. That’s how you do it”. Never going back!"
"It’s alway a pleasure getting my nails done here at urban nails! I always go into the salon confident that I will leave with an amazing set. They treat you like family, I will never go anywhere else!"
