"I had visited this salon before ( 2 times) and didn't have my nails lifting; except that yes there are fees that at the end when they tell you the price they end up adding something I thought it was taxes but I've never gone to a nail salon where taxes are added, so I'm not sure what they add but every time I went they do add an extra amount and that's because I do tip them. This last time that I wentva week ago and I has some issues; within two or three days one of my nails lifted and it was over the weekend so I didn't have time to go fix it and today 7 Days later another nail completely lifted to the point of it being painful so I called because I had time to go and when I got there all of the ladies including the owner were making a big deal about it; basically trying to blame that it was my nails fault that that's why my nails were lifting and I informed them that I've had my nails done for over 15 years and once in awhile I will have a nail that lifts but today I had that one that was completely lifted and painful and on top of that I could see that there was about 6 more nails that were lifting so the owner preferred to reimburse my money, that I won't get into my account until God knows when; instead of fixing my nails. So, I agree with some of the posts that Escar Salon is overpriced and that they would rather send a client off with my nails lifted and one that I ripped off because I was told by the Owner, that I had to do that... When they could of fixed my nails; like most Professionals would do. Now, I realize why they don't have a lot of customers, when I've been in there. Sometimes, I'm the only one in there, the entire time, I'm having my nails and toes done. Now, I just hope I get my money back into my account. Won't be returning... Escar nails that was very bad customer service."
