"Horrible installation job and poor customer service. Attached are photos of the recent botched installation job of not one, but SEVEN of our expensive cabinet drawers. Management would NOT take any responsibility for this damage. They pass me off to the sub-contractor who did the job to resolve, which of course as a small independent contractor, could well not afford to replace these drawer faces. By sheer luck the design of the hardware we chose, the cabinet pull covers the extra 2 holes per drawer. However it looks like a squirrel gnawed out the inside of the drawer and now we can never swap out this hardware for a for modern design in the future. No one from the store has called me to see if this has been resolved to my satisfaction. It has not. I will NEVER use this store again nor can I ever recommend to anyone. "When I built my house in 2008 I used Decor Hardware for some items and had a good experience. I recently remodeled a room and have walked into the store 5!!! times in the last 3 months to look at cabinet hardware. There wasn't ONE occasion that I was even greeted, much less offered help. The front desk never said so much as a hello. I spent time browsing the vast selection (the only plus) and still no one found it important enough to inquire about my needs. It's mind boggling. So the one star is for having a showroom. Customer service and simply acknowledging people is critical Decor Hardware!"

"Had more than you could ever want! If they didn't have what we wanted in the store, they had the latest books to show us. We wanted some speciality ceramic knobs for our kitchen. We were told by other companies that our choice was no longer available. We got what we wanted from Decore! The staff treats you with respect and ask just the right questions to ensure you are getting the product you will be happy with."
