"I ordered through a contractor a new window which was supposed to match existing windows. Its upper semicircle part didn’t match (instead of three dividing bars it had four and since it is placed next to the existing window in the formal living room it is very VERY visible). I was reassured that the wrong part would be replaced, and after over three weeks waiting they brought another part... which had the same WRONG design. So we were asked to wait again. We have been waiting since mid August! I called a representative Angela Atherton who was responsible for the order yesterday and she just brushed me off by saying that I should wait for service department to contact me. For how much longer? Total incompetence and horrible customer service!"
