"Three generations of our family shopped here until recently. I've always had great service here. I went in recently and the floor staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Its disappointing to see a place that was previously known for fantastic service to turn into this."

We were greeted by staff, asked if we needed help, directed to the exact aisle, and helped immediately. Got what we needed and checked out in a matter of minutes. Thanks for all the hard work you put forth to help customers."

"Very rude and unfriendly staff. Store full of employees, and barely any customers inside. An employee at every single cash register, however nobody greeted us when we walked in. We remained not spoken to while we looked for an item. Two employees came down the aisle with another customer stood directly in front of us without excusing themselves and blocked our view. We promptly exited the store after that. As we walked out past the many employees at the registers, no one said goodbye, or did anything except for stare at us. Horrible experience. Would not recommend."

"I love Ace Hardware, especially this location. Ace is filled with fun, unique items from gifts to household need. This location has the friendliest employees. It is so nice to walk in and be immediately greeted, helped if needed and always with a smile. They typically have multiple checkout lanes open, so you don't have to wait - in and out in a flash! I love parking area too. The actraul area is close to the entrance and lots of spaces. The store is also very clean. Need cards, bird seed, wind chimes, candles, home repair, lawn items and so much more? Ace is your store!"
