"I have taken my little one here 20 plus times in 2023. He loves it. The employees have always been courteous to my child and I, even when he doesn't follow the rules. I would suggest buying the pass if you go many times. Good activity if the weather if too hot or cold outside."

"I liked this place but it was very expensive for what we got. I'd compare to a scaled down version of Urban Air but meant for littles. Maybe 5 and under? This is why we chose it for our 3 yr old's birthday party. Unlike Urban Air, however, they do not set up your table aside from putting a table cloth on it, which does cost. One table is actually 2 tables side by side. I didn't know this and asked for another table during booking. This cost extra. Had I known I wouldn't have rented another "table". It was a lot of table that was not needed. No option for a room and the restrooms are at a different company? Really far away. It was weird. But the kids loved it. Overall, I spent less for a private room at UA with pizzas and a private host. Also you can stay and play but you give up your tables. No big deal. The person that came to clean the tables was very abrupt, though, saying, "You have to move your things for the next party." She did not tell us where we could move, though. Perhaps she thought we knew? We all just decided to leave. Our total cost was $309. Again, I spent less at UA and got more value. Fun place but too expensive"

"Today was my first time here and my 2 year old toddler girls had a blast! The staff were incredibly informative of the process to play. Not sure why people are upset about paying for socks when you have to do the same thing for a trampoline park and bounce houses. The facility was very clean with a great temperature inside. I appreciate the staff addressing children and their parents for not following the rules to keep everyone safe. Nothing is worse than paying for playtime ruined by unruly kids. We will make this a weekly visit for my crew. Thanks for everything and Your Service!"

"Inadequate air conditioning, filthy equipment, rude employees and extremely crowded. If you purchase the birthday party package which covers 15 guests, and 4 guests don't show up. You have to pay an additional charge of $15 for each guest who doesn't show. Even though your party package already prepaid for your guests. This place is a complete ripoff."
