"Most of the games do not work. Very frustrating. Very cute concept but major disappointment. Staff couldn’t do much but offer corporate email. Please fix so we can return! Staff friendly!"
"I decided to take my two kids to Kiddleton, ages 3&8, we’ve been to other places like this but nothing compares to this. When we entered the first thing we noticed was the grime and lack of toys both my kids didn’t feel like touching anything but we still had our hopes up and decided to continue playing and it was like this through the whole play area. I bought $10 worth of credit so we could play on the arcade side. Half of the machines were out of order. Overall both my kids were disappointed and so was I. I wouldn’t recommend."
"Awesome and fun experience for kids. Especially the ball pool area was so attractive for kids. There were stations for kids grocery, hospital, fire truck, restaurant. Kids had good time pretend and play. Arcade games were out of service for the most part."
"I went with my great niece and her twin daughters who were turning 2 years. This is a place they come often, I was told. It's got a variety of areas for children to play store, beauty shop, fireman and police. One parent took one twin upstairs to Build-a-Bear while the other parent and twin played at Kiddleton, Then they switched off. One twin actually was very unhappy at Build-a-Bear but cheered up at Kiddleton! Their grandparents met them there and enjoyed interacting with them as did I."
"Really great place for the kiddos! They have a ball pen, ice cream truck, kitchen, produce section, salon, doctor's office, and much more! The only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is because they charge for parents too. The parents aren't playing, so you're paying to watch your kids in their area."
