"In store for 30 min could not find a single employee to help me so i left. Not even any emoyees at the registers. All self checkout. Almost as if the emoyees open the store and then raced to the back before any customers saw them. I was in the garden, main store and lumber area. Not a single employee to be spotted."
"This store has a large customer base because they stay well stocked. Even now during a historical winter storm which has left thousands without power and heat and water , this HOME DEPOT has the plumbing supplies you need to repair your busted water line at 3:30 pm. I'm really impressed! The associates also were very friendly and happy to assist despite having to deal with people many times agitated and frustrated from doing plumbing in the coldest weather that Texas has seen in a century. Well done 5 stars 4 sure!!!!"
"The service was very good overall but the staff was somewhat distracted. The item that I wanted to pickup was visible to me but I had to wait for the staff to find a cart to take my item to my vehicle. I had a 1pm pickup time."
"Everyone with the exception of "Jason" the manager ( I believe that was his name) Needs to attend a basic 101 class on how to provide excellent customer service. I have never meant so many put out, unhelpful, attitude given, and just flat rude employees at any other Home Depot ever. I seriously thought about cancelling my credit card over a visit before. It's just not a pleasant experience and especially when spending a good amount of money with them. My experience yesterday was I went in knowing exactly what I was buying and how many they showed in stock. So I'm unable to locate one item and ask if someone can be called to help. The man was put out just to have to walk over to the department. I explain I'm looking for this item & wanted to verify where the item would be due to I couldn't find it. His responds was I don't think we have those here, I've never seen them. His body language said everything and his response was he wasn't going out of his way. Just hire and train your people customer service skills teach them that money spent by customers effects the company as a whole and over all any compensation from the company. I mean I walked out spending $365 on my visit and if I would have listened to the tool department employee it would have been zero."
"I cantbelieve that my wife military service is not honored at this location. I showed my ID and my wife's DD214 and was denied a military discount. Just another's big corporate business that cares for the little mans money but not the little man. I find it sicking that the government and most corporate business are progressing but the citizen is not."
