PPG Paint Store

"The worst ppg store in the dfw area, I would not go here for anything ever again. I went on two different occasions several years apart and got the exact same treatment, very lazy employees don't want to do there job. Went to ppg on central expressway the guy took his time and match the paint perfect. I told him the builder and that's all he needed, so even if this is the closest ppg store I would recommend that you drive a little further for better customer service. And I never write reviews my first actually but I had to let people know about this store."

"Arrived at the store at 12:30pm to match and mix paint needed the next day. I was told no product was available and they were to busy to match color... I left and called the Frisco store and they told me that Lewisville had plenty of product.... I returned to the Lewisville store and asked again. I was told the product was for another contractor but wasn't paid for yet... long story short. I did buy the product, but had to take it to another store to get it matched/ mixed. It only takes 30 minutes to match paint... they missed out on a 250 gallon order over 30 minutes of labor..."

"The people at this store are the worst. They are under new management and the new people have know idea what they are doing. They are very unprofessional. I was in there to get a couple gallons of paint thinner and stood there for 15 minutes while a guy walked around cursing and throwing stuff behind the counter and never once asked what I needed. It's the 10 minutes to drive to the ppg in Coppell or the one down 121 instead"
