"Picked up a load on Wednesday morning in NC Delivery Friday at 1230pm got to receiver at 1145am and was told my appt was changed a hour before arriving that my new appt was Monday at 12pm … im sooo mad right now this is unbelievable on my first load with new company. Had another load Saturday delivering Monday in Orlando. Obviously I had to cancel it … idk whose fault it is but im pissed"

"Good places to deliver, go by appointment don't get there 5 hours before appointment and expect to be unloaded right away that is not going to happen, then leave a bad review that's not helpful .. my experience here 11 am appointment check in at 830 am got a door right away start unloading at 11 am empty at 1130 nice people not gated facility with plenty of room to park, access to building from w round Grove and Edmonds in. God bless."

"Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. There is overnight parking. I got there late night. Had appointment for 1pm the next day. Was woken by knock on my door at 10 am. Warehouse worker gave me a door and said they were just finishing picking my order. It took a couple hours to load and get paperwork, which is normal, especially for US/Canada loads. They came out to my truck with the paperwork. They we're polite and courteous. Take all these bad reviews with a grain of salt."

"3rd time here with a container 20ft this time 12 pm appointment let’s see how long they take this time. I arrived at 1120am. Last time it took 2hrs to unload, I was here 40mins early last time also."

"10 am appt. Checked at 0945. 1215 now only got half trailer full. Still has not been touch. Was lied to about they were unloading a really full trailer. Liar. I haven't been in bunk. 2 day cabs came in and left in 15 minutes. Place was easy to find with lots of room to park."
