After waiting 10 minutes I got the portable stairs myself, which state these are for home Depot employees only, three of the employees watch me do this said nothing. I got it into position, I'm the one who got my stuff I'm the one who got it down and that's the service you can expect to get also."
"Stayed waiting at pro desk for a phone sell and one employee despite seeing me waiting for a while just wouldn't stop gossiping with a customer she had just finished with. It's good to be friendly, but why at the expense of the next customer? Please advise your fellow employees to cut down on the gossiping. That was uncalled for. I love Home Depot and it's the only place I prefer to shop for plumbing but there's just those that can be inconsiderate. Thank you."
