"I really enjoy walking my dog at this park. It is well kept and I have never had any problems with other dogs being loose. My son and his friends will play basketball for hours. The splash area is also nice; especially during the hot season."

"Too dark in the evening not enough light posts. On Easter it's fully packed no where to sit. Nice area for volleyball, altho the basket ball court only has one hoop ..which is ALWAYS taken up. So that's a bummer. Overall it's a good park to walk and exercise. Sidewalk is smooth."
"All around McAllen has great parks. My family particularly loves Zinnia because it is a smaller park it is not as busy. Also this park has grills! There are multiple park tables with shade and a grill around the park. There is something for each one of my kids, from my little ones all the way up to my high schoolers."
