"Worse thing a business can do is lie to the customer. Suspect this facility has new management. As I having been buying top soil there for a decade. The staff is completely different now. According to the staff, this place no longer sells half yards due to complaints. I purchased a full yard, yet only received a half yard. It would have been better to just say we raised our prices. In the current environment that makes sense. But don't charge for 1 yard and only deliver a half yard."
