"Chad did a great job installing an undersink water filter system. Not an easy job, considering the cheap builder-grade plumbing he had to work with. But he was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had to knock one star for the price. Twice the hourly rate I paid three years ago. Seems a bit much."

"Hired them for two jobs. The first one was a doorbell repair which went really well. The second one was for drywall repair and touch up and we were overcharged by $250+. The repairman spent time in our bathroom, running to his car and talking to us only to turn around and charge us for his break time. When we called Rebecca at the Mr. Handyman, she acknowledged that they overcharged us and said we would receive a credit for the discrepancy. Months later, we hadn’t receive it… continued to follow up… she then acted as if she never said that and instead tried to get us to book another service with them so they could “discount” that service to us. Bad customer service. Misleading business practices. We ultimately had to file a BBB complaint because of how awful this was handled. Buyer beware."

"We just had Chad come to our house to help with some weather stripping that had been glued/screwed into a door. He was so knowledgeable and explained (in detail) everything he was doing. He did a truly excellent job. The price was very reasonable, especially since he came within an hour of us calling. I absolutely recommend them! Thank-You again Chad!"

"If I could give more stars, I would!!!! Raymon and Tyler were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job! They did all of the work in a timely manner without rushing it! They were very personal in helping me choose the color of the new vanity, they made it their mission to help me find the perfect color, and vanity, and when the vanity they bought was found to have a small crack as they were installing it, they immediately returned it, and found out it was out of stock, so they had a new one ordered and shipped directly to my house with instructions to notify them as soon as it was received, (which was on a Saturday), they were there 1st thing Monday morning installing it and sealing everything up! I will and already have recommended them to friends and family! They went above and beyond after my son's toilet busted overnight and flooded half the house, everything looks amazing!! When I found a tiny leak a week later, that most likely wasn't even a cause of anything they did, Raymon came back that same day and had it fixed and had us back up and running!! We can not recommend them enough. We will be using them again anytime we need repairs!"
