"Very bad experience!! I was the only live load for unloading and it took them almost 4 hours to unload me. It’s a big warehouse and When I asked them why is it taking so long to unload 20 pallets there excuse was not enough space to unload me. No overnight parking"

"Showed up way early but was told strict appointment times so 20 mins before my appointment a few trucks showed up late to get loaded but they made them wait and got me in 20 mins early and loaded me quickly and neatly.. good folks"
"Showed up to pickup a load of there's at 1:20pm after being given my load from my dispatcher at about 11:30am and it was about an hour and 15 minute drive, after I signed in I was told that I would be the last to load because my appointment was at 8am at which point I told them that I didn't even know about there load till after 11am and was told it's not there problem. So if your getting a load from them (flatbed or stepdeck) make sure what your appointment time is"
